Summary
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Retail Manager to lead one of our Headway charity shops. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day operations, leading and supporting volunteers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes stock management, Gift Aid promotion, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance. You will play a key role in generating vital income to support people living with brain injury while building strong connections within the local community.
