Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated & enthusiastic Security Site Supervisor who will responsible for supporting the Management Team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service. This will be for a typical Mixed-Use Estate which includes open plan floorplates of 14,000 sq. ft across 6 floors. This building has contemporary interior, historical façade combines with new exterior architecture. Information:Position: Estate Security Site SupervisorLocation: London (SW3)Pay Rate: £16.67 per hour Hours: Average 56 hours per weekShifts: 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off - Days & Nights Job Requirements:SIA Door Supervisor Licence requiredSIA CCTV Licence is requiredExperience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is required in a corporate environmentExperience working in a busy Control Room environment Experience working on a mixed used Estate is idealExcellent communication both written & verbalExcellent levels of customer service at all timesReliable, Responsible and PunctualTo have a smart appearance befitting the companyFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional mannerAble to work as part of a team as well as on your ownJob Role:To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Client Representative(s).To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties and policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to the Duty Manager or the Contract Manager.To ensure that discipline is maintained on shift at all times including the wearing of full uniform and punctuality of officers.To ensure the Handover is checked at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are carried out before their time.To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times when dealing with staff and visitors to the site.Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards and conduct.To keep a proactive outlook and regular patrol all aspects of the site/sOversee that the officers are all performing to the required standards and take appropriate actions to remedy any shortfalls.
