Year 2 Class Teacher – After Easter Start
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming 2-form entry primary school that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team after the Easter break.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment, helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.
The Role:
Teaching a Year 2 class within a supportive 2-form entry setting
•
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
•
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
•
Working collaboratively with parallel teachers, support staff, and leadership
•
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience desirable)
•
Strong classroom management skills
•
A passion for supporting young learners and raising attainment
•
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
