Part-Time Administrative Assistant - HMCTS Bury St Edmunds
Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday, aligned with colleague's working hours, typically starting between 9:30am - 10:00am)

Role Overview:
Our Public Sector client is seeking a reliable and adaptable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a colleague within HMCTS Bury St Edmunds. This role involves working closely with an individual who has limited use of their hands, providing essential administrative and clerical support based on their instruction.
This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a supportive, one-to-one capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support under instruction, including transposing information and document preparation
- Take minutes during meetings and assist with drafting correspondence and reports
- Accurately input and manage data using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other systems
- Learn and use HMCTS-specific systems with guidance
- Offer general administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Able to work independently and follow clear instructions
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
