Industrial Cleaners / Maintenance Operatives – Immediate Start – £12.71 per hour

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established client based in Dronfield. Due to increased demand, we are looking for multiple Industrial Cleaners / Maintenance Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and staying active throughout your shift – this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

This is a varied and physically active position, including:

• Cleaning and re-painting portacabins
  
• Maintaining site grounds and surrounding areas
  
• Removing old furniture and unwanted items
  
• Carrying out basic building maintenance (e.g. light fittings, minor repairs)
  
• Clearing and disposing of site waste
  What We’re Looking For
  • Available for an immediate start
    
  • Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
    
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
    
  • Previous cleaning, caretaking, or maintenance experience is beneficial (but not essential)
    Hours & Pay
    • £12.71 per hour
      
    • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
      
    • Ongoing, consistent work
