Summary
The successful candidate must be qualified to Level 3 or above and have experience of working with children under 5 years old.
You will be:
• Assisting the senior staff in the planning and preparation of activities to provide a high quality curriculum
• Carrying out the observation and assessment of individual children and completion of their development records
• Attending to the physical, social and emotional needs of the children, working in partnership with parents to ensure that each child reaches their potential
• Participating in on-going training.
You should have:
• Relevant level 3 qualification
• Experience of working with children under 5 years
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• A commitment to working in partnership with parents to provide a high standard of childcare.
