We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to deliver hands-on fabric engineering and facilities support at our Bristol site, with a strong focus on building maintenance, statutory compliance, and day-to-day operational support.
Job Description
This is a practical, site-based role suited to an engineer who is comfortable working independently, maintaining high standards of building compliance, and providing a visible, client-facing facilities presence on site.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out building maintenance and support statutory compliance requirements
Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
Undertake general site walkarounds and routine checks
Liaise with and manage subcontractors for PPMs and reactive works
Perform basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fault-finding
Complete filter changes and minor fabric repairs
Maintain a strong on-site, client-facing presence
Work independently to manage daily priorities and site requirements
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in building fabric maintenance
Basic electrical fault-finding capability
Plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance experience
Facilities or engineering background
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
