Harry Marsh Engineers are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Contract Manager to join our growing team within the structural steel fabrication sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in contract management, working on a variety of projects from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing contracts from award through to final account
• Support senior contract managers with project coordination and delivery
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Attend site visits and meetings as required

Requirements
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or fabrication (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
