Are you a natural mentor? Our Meldreth site needs a SENCo who wants to be the heartbeat of the school. Beyond the EHCPs, you will be shaping bespoke curricula and mentoring a dedicated staff team to deliver excellence for students with complex autism and PMLD. The Role: As our SENCo, you'll be the bridge between therapeutic care and academic progress. You will mentor staff, shape bespoke curricula, and ensure that every milestone-no matter how small-is celebrated.
