This isn't about hitting rigid targets; it's about emotional regulation, nurture, and building a world where our students feel safe enough to learn.

You won't be doing this alone; you will work within a model of small class sizes and high levels of classroom support, backed by a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team.
The Essentials-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:15 am start; finish times vary between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm).

Flexibility: While based in Chaldon, you may occasionally support our satellite site in nearby Caterham.
