Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our team in a Business Support role.

As part of this position, you will provide high quality, efficient, and professional administrative support to the Hertfordshire Divisional Corporate Team and Directors. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day to day functioning of the service and the Corporate Hub.

This varied role will include:
• Coordinating diaries and organising workloads for the management team
• Managing meeting invites, schedules, and appointments
• Supporting with data reporting and maintaining spreadsheets
• Handling correspondence, emails, and room booking requests
• Providing Front of House reception support when required
If you’re looking for a role where you can use your administrative, organisational, and customer service skills across a range of tasks, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. No two days are the same, and you’ll be contributing to a supportive team that values efficiency, professionalism, and a positive approach.

Some of the duties within this varied role include:
• Providing administrative support for a range of Senior Leadership Team and Director led meetings.
• Developing a strong understanding of the management team’s work to make informed decisions in the absence of Business & Project Support or management, and to help identify priorities.
• Coordinating diaries and managing meetings for managers, understanding key priorities so that appointments can be adjusted when needed to meet deadlines without impacting service delivery.
• Maintaining an effective bring forward system to ensure deadlines are met, risks are monitored, and managers are fully briefed ahead of appointments and commitments.
• Scheduling formal meetings and training sessions, including video and tele conferences, organising room bookings, catering, and IT equipment.
• Planning and coordinating events, such as meetings, conferences, and away days, ensuring all logistics—from room bookings to technology support—are in place.

We are proud to be one of the largest community healthcare providers in the country, with more than 4,500 colleagues caring for over four million people across London and Hertfordshire. Every day, our teams bring their skill, compassion, and determination to the people who depend on us.

It means working in an organisation that values compassion, welcomes new ideas, and believes in the potential of every colleague. Your development matters here. Your wellbeing matters. Your voice helps shape the future of the care we provide.

We offer a competitive employment package because the work you do matters. At Central London Community Healthcare, you will join an inclusive organisation that invests in its people, supports development, and helps you thrive while delivering high-quality care.

Applicants are expected to present clear and relevant evidence of the competencies and responsibilities detailed in the attached Job Description and Person Specification, together with a demonstrated commitment to the Trust’s values of Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion, and Empowerment.
