An exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher with experience supporting autistic pupils and those with complex needs to join a specialist EYFS/KS1 provision. You will deliver personalised learning for pupils with EHCPs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEND needs
  
• Adapt the curriculum to provide a bespoke, accessible learning experience
  
• Support pupils with autism and complex needs through structured, consistent approaches
  
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants to direct and support classroom practice
  
• Implement and review EHCP targets, behaviour plans, and intervention strategies
  
• Monitor progress, assess learning, and maintain accurate records
  
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
  
• Support communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
  
• Liaise with parents/carers and external professionals to support pupil development
  
• Contribute to a collaborative team approach within the specialist provision
