Summary
Meet Our Client We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 60s with complex care needs both at home and in the community. He enjoys going out shopping, spending time in the garden, and relaxing while watching TV. A passionate football fan, he is an avid Manchester United supporter. He also enjoys day trips, particularly visits to the coast, often accompanied by his wife with staff support as needed. In this role, you will provide person-centred care, supporting his daily routines, assisting with mobility, and helping him enjoy activities both at home and in the community. As part of his care team, you will provide support during day and night shifts, assisting with personal care, clinical needs, and social activities.
