PERSONAL ASSISTANT (SUPPORT ASSISTANT) (PART-TIME)

Grade 5 £29,588 - £33,951 pa (pro rata)

You will provide administrative support to a disabled Senior Clinical Lecturer (SCL) in Public Health who is a member of the Health Inequalities Policy Research group, working with the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North-West Coast and NIHR School for Public Health Research,

You will work autonomously providing a high standard of comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. A significant element of the work will involve complex and sensitive tasks carried out on behalf of the SCL handling and maintaining confidential records and sensitive information.

You will liaise with other colleagues and research projects within the Health Inequalities Policy Research team, the wider Institute of Population Health and international research partners, establishing and maintaining an extensive network of contacts internally and externally.

You should have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics.

The post is available until January 2027, with good opportunities for extension, starting as soon as possible.
