Summary
Education Welfare Officers work in partnership with schools, the Local Authority and other agencies to provide an effective and quality service to young people and their families. This includes the identification and assessment of their needs when there is concern about material or social deprivation, school attendance, underachievement and behaviour.

* Liaise with a wide range of partners and outside agencies
