About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive educational settings across Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), supporting them to achieve their full potential.

You may work within a specialist provision, resource base, or mainstream school with a strong inclusive ethos.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies where necessary
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Knowledge of EHCP processes (desirable but not essential)
