We're looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic team, supporting pupils in primary and secondary schools across Aylesbury!

Your Role

Every day brings something new! You will:
- ‍ Support students 1:1 or in small groups within the classroom
- Assist teachers with engaging, tailored learning activities
- Help build students' confidence and support emotional wellbeing
- Provide personal care where required
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support individual needs

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:
- ✅ Have experience in support work or SEN within education

- Are comfortable providing personal care
- Are reliable, proactive, and positive
- Hold a valid DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
