We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to become part of our caring and committed team. We support pupils with a wide range of special educational needs, focusing on building confidence, independence, and essential life skills alongside academic progress.
About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with pupils both in and out of the classroom, providing tailored support to help them engage with learning and reach their individual goals. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, safe, and stimulating environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning activities and routines
- Encouraging independence and social development
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Helping to manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way
- Providing personal care support when required

- Is empathetic, patient, and proactive
- Has a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
- Works well as part of a team
- Is adaptable and ready to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
