Vehicle Bookings Advisor Required in Bristol
Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership in South Bristol, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vehicle Bookings Advisor to join their dynamic Service Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service or call handling to develop their careers within a reputable multi-site automotive group.

- Overtime paid at time and a half rate

Duties:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent customer service as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
- Coordinate and confirm vehicle service and repair bookings within the workshop schedule
- Liaise with customers to follow up on ongoing jobs and advise on scheduling
- Prepare paperwork and handover packs for vehicle repairs and servicing
- Provide estimates and information to customers via telephone and online platforms
- Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks as part of your role as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
- Always ensure communication is positive, helpful, and professional when liaising with customers
- Assist in maintaining workshop diaries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented individual with a professional attitude
- Customer care focused, with the ability to build rapport easily
- A UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
- An interest in the automotive industry is beneficial
- Flexibility to commute to both Brislington and Cribbs Causeway, as the site will be relocating later this year
