Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based near Poole, which is on the lookout for a Factory Operative to join their team.

To be successful in the Factory Operative role you must:
- Have previous experience working in a factory or production environment.
- Keen and eager to learn and develop within a company
- Be ok with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
What the Factory Operative duties will include:
- Loading and unloading machines
- Quality checking products
- Prepping products for dispatch
- Helping within the factory when needed
For the successful Factory Operative you will get:
- No weekend work
- Overtime available
- On site parking
- Opportunity to go permanent
The working hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Paying £12.71 per hour
