Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a mid‑level Roadshow Specialist with strong experience in the investment banking (IB) marketing space or wider financial services. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on roadshow expertise. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
* Location: London (Hybrid)
* Daily Rate: Flexible
* Contract Length: 6 Months
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver roadshows end‑to‑end across multiple regions
* Support senior stakeholders and client teams with scheduling, planning, and logistics
* Manage event materials, timelines, and communication flows
* Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
* Track project progress and troubleshoot issues proactively
* Provide on‑the‑ground support during events and roadshows
* Assist with reporting, documentation, and post‑event evaluations
Key Requirements:
* Background in IB marketing or broader financial services
* Prior experience in roadshows (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills in fast‑paced environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
