What You'll Be Doing
Showcasing Dyson Innovation
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Dyson hair care technology.
- Provide tailored product recommendations that suit each customer's needs.
Collaborating with the Store Team
- Work closely with colleagues to present the full Dyson product range.
- Contribute ideas and energy to enhance the overall in‑store experience.
Delivering Premium Customer Service
- Offer an exceptional level of customer care that reflects Dyson's high standards.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and support the in‑store team throughout the day.
Driving Store Performance
- Support business plans and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Confidently share product knowledge to increase engagement and sales.
What You'll Bring
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
- Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to confidently discuss Dyson innovations.
- A proactive, ambitious attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
