Summary
In effort to enhance our music ministry and improve our singing in worship and praise unto God an opportunity has risen within the House of Empowerment for a Music Coordinator/Director
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Will be teaching Musical Instruments
2. Will be training voices during rehearsal
3.Will be leading praise and worship on Sundays backed by the choir.
4. Will also teach Ghanaian Gospel songs as part of his duties.
5. Will give pastoral support to the choir members as the need arises.
6. Servicing of Musical Instruments on weekly basis prior to Sunday Services
Qualifications Required
A Diploma or Secondary school qualification needed but not essential
Should have a form of experience in Christian music Ministry
Should be able to play and teach any of the following instruments keyboard, bass guitar, drums and trumpet, multi skilled in instruments and also very fluent in Twi language
Strong Customer Skills
Must be reliable and prompt
Must have the ability to be empathetic and build relationships with people.
Should Speak English .
