Summary
Hours: 31 hours per week, term time only (Mon – Fri )+ INSET daysWe are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support the inclusion of identified children with additional educational needs as part of Middle School (KS3). We require a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work positively and effectively as part of a team and who can support individuals with complex barriers to learning. The successful candidate must have:● Experience of working as part of a team
● Experience of working with children
● Good English and Maths skills
● Good ICT skills
● Excellent and effective communication skills
● Ability to work flexibly with a team and motivate students
● Demonstrate a positive attitude
● Motivation and resilience under pressure
