Summary

We are looking for an Adults Social Worker to join our Learning Disability Team.

This role required a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team supports adults under the age of 65 with a diverse range of complex needs including physical disability, learning disability and brain injury. This team is committed to delivering personalised assessments, support planning and regular reviews to ensure the best outcomes for each individual. This team play a vital role in supporting some of the local borough's most vulnerable adults, helping to improve their quality of life and help to promote independence where possible.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipDW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experiences is essential to be considered for this role. Having an enthusiastic and can do attitude as well as experience with complex cases lends well to the success of this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is desirable but not essential to qualify for this role.
