We’re looking for a highly skilled National HGV Driver Trainer with proven ADR experience to join our team. This is a key role for
a safety‑driven professional who takes pride in developing others, raising standards, and supporting a culture of continuous

Day to Day

* Delivering initial driver assessments, ongoing evaluations, and refresher training
* Providing ADR-specific training, guidance, and compliance support
* Conducting retraining and corrective coaching following incidents or performance concerns
* Supporting investigations into vehicle incidents, near misses, and safety breaches
* Ensuring all training meetslegal, regulatory, and company compliance standards
* Maintaining accurate training records and contributing to continuous improvement
* Acting as a subject matter expert onsafe driving, ADR handling, and transport legislation
* Supporting the rollout of new policies, procedures, and safety initiatives




What will you bring?

* HGV Class 1 and Class 2 licence is essential
* Valid ADR qualification including tanks is essential
* Proven experience as a Driver Trainer, Assessor, or Instructor would be advantageous
* Strong understanding oftransport legislation, DVSA standards, and ADR regulations
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Ability to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays
* A proactive, safety‑first mindset
