Your role will include:Coordinating key store transformation and refresh projects across the estateSupporting the introduction of Wild Bean into Moto forecourtsManaging and coordinating multiple WHSmith store refreshesSupporting major site transformations, including closures and relaunchesLeading trials and pilots, including Reverse Vending Machines ahead of the Deposit Return SchemeSupporting the rollout and optimisation of new systems, including Till Madic and Suggested OrderingCoordinating pilot activity for home delivery across WHSmith and ForecourtPlanning and facilitating project meetings, producing agendas, minutes and follow‑up actionsMaintaining project documentation, governance and communication across workstreamsSupporting data, reporting and insight development to improve decision‑makingIdentifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and ways of workingWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for a confident, organised and proactive project professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, change‑focused environment.You’ll bring:Proven experience in project coordination or project managementExperience managing multiple workstreamsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skillsConfidence using Excel and Microsoft Office toolsA proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detailA positive, “can‑do” mindset and the ability to work cross‑functionallyWe offer flexible working arrangements, including options to adjust your hours, work compressed schedules, or follow a fixed shift pattern to support your work–life balance.This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to high‑impact retail and transformation projects within a well‑known brand, while making a real difference across Moto’s estate.INDCS
