Catering Operations Support Manager required to support our beautiful homes in the London Area - Camberwell Lodge Care & Nursing Home, Carter House Care Home, Link House Care & Nursing Home, Lyle House Care Home and Woodlands House Care & Nursing HomeCountry Court are looking for a Catering Operations Support Manager to support our Chef Managers & catering teams in our beautiful 5* care & nursing homes. You will be required to travel across our homes in London Area, so you will need to have access to your own transport.Have you considered working in hospitality in the care industry? Some of your responsibilities will include:Direct & support our Chef Managers & catering teams in all aspects of their dutiesDemonstrate how to cook, prepare & present all meals to specification.Guide the team how not to over produce meals by following the order sheetsEnsure daily, weekly & monthly due diligence is completed across our HomesCover the Chef or chef manager in some of the homes when requiredLead the training of Country Court Food Safety ManualFinancially develop and monitor the teamAccountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues.ABOUT YOUWe want an experienced proactive inspirational leader, who can create a motivational culture in a high-pressured environment and ensure our residents are always delivered a 5* food experience.You will …Have Multi site experience.Be able to effectively listen, establishing trust and ensuring contractual compliance through exemplary leadership.Be able to take initiative and responsibility, committing to achieving growth by creating a culture of flexibility, adaptability and challenging the norm.Have proven leadership skillsAbility to deliver & receive feedbackExcellent people management skillsCity & Guilds 7061 or NVQ Level 2 in Catering for the Hospitality IndustryIdeally over 4 years’ experience in a similar role & environmentAccess to your own transportIN RETURNYou’ll be joining a family business and working alongside a real team-spirited group of people.
