Summary
Deliver autonomous, patient-centred care, independently managing routine and moderately complex cases. Adhere to clinical prescription guidelines to ensure safe, effective and appropriate patient care. Effectively plan and prioritise caseload to meet service delivery targets, managing time and multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audits and quality improvement initiatives to support safe, effective and continuously evolving patient care. Engage in continuous professional development through self-directed study, literature review and participation in relevant training. Maintain mandatory training, adhere to policies and procedures and work collaboratively within the team.
