Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor – Job Specification
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join a growing sales team. This role is responsible for delivering first-class customer service while supporting the sales function through proactive lead generation.
This is an ideal position for someone looking to take their first steps into a sales environment, with clear progression opportunities into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct transport checks
- Inform customers of delivery updates
- Input customer purchase orders
- Generate new tenders
- Send introduction letters, flyers, and promotional materials
- Compile reports and collate management information
- Research and identify new companies (prospecting)
- Arrange supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives
- Attend meetings to help build and develop client relationships
Requirements- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous outbound calling experience in a call centre or similar sales/customer service role is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Full training provided – graduates and sports enthusiasts welcome
