Your Role (Duties)
Support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care
Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
Help with mobility and transfers
Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature)
Observe and report any changes in condition
Support with meal preparation and feeding
Provide emotional support to clients and families
What We’re Looking For (Skills)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature
Ability to build rapport with clients and families
Good attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
Team player with a positive attitude
Physically able to support mobility and care tasks
Basic healthcare knowledge (desirable but not essential)
