Your new role
You'll be joining the team as a 3-5 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor, and it's essential that you bring solid experience in long leasehold matters and landlord and tenant disputes. The role requires someone confident handling a varied caseload, including service charge disputes, breach of covenant issues, forfeiture, and general leasehold management work, alongside wider commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring 3-5 years' PQE in property litigation, with strong experience in long leasehold matters and landlord and tenant disputes. You'll be ambitious and focused on progression, able to manage your own caseload while supporting junior team members and working closely with the director, all with a practical, solutions‑driven approach.
