Arcus is proud of our dedicated cleaning teams, and we're now looking for a part-time Office Cleaner to join us on a permanent basis in Sheffield. Hours: Friday: 17:00 - 21:00 & Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00 With Flexibility - Weekly Hours: 8 - Pay: £12.60 per hour.

As an Arcus cleaner, you'll help keep our customers' offices clean, safe, and welcoming-making sure every space looks its best, carpet cleaning experience is a bonus.

Duties will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Empty bins/clean fridges
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
  • Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow proper cleaning and health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

  • Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning (preferred but not required as on the job training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Good time management and reliability.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc).

Other Factors

  • Indoor office environment.
  • May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts depending on office hours.
  • Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals (training provided).
  • Uniform provided
