Summary
We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to join our team. The company recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust to facilitate our succession plan, business continuity and growth. We are currently looking to attract and recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our management team as the company embarks upon the next phase of its journey.
Applications are invited from individuals to join our Commercial Team. They will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day administration of current and future construction contracts across the business is achieved in line with contract targets. They will be required to contribute to the achievement of the overall business and commercial teams’ objectives/targets and continuous improvement across the business. Applicants should be qualified to at least HNC Level in Construction Management, possess very good experience in contractual management along with experience of using NEC and JCT contracts and procedures. As appropriate the opportunity to pursue further education and professional development will be supported by the company. A clean full driving license is required.
