Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Clean Room Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading medical manufacturer based in Plympton, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

As a Clean Room Operative, you will be working in a sterile production area assembling small medical components and maintaining high hygiene standards. You will be required to wear full PPE, including gowns, shoe covers, and head covers, throughout your shift.

Key Duties:
  • Work in a clean room environment to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Handle and assemble small components.
  • Meet daily production and quality targets.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in clean room manufacturing, production, or packing roles.
  • Comfortable working with small components.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern.
  • Reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity.
