Summary

SRG are delighted to be partnered with an innovative, multi-national diagnostic start-up company who are leading an exciting project across Scotland.

As part of this project they are looking for an experienced events manager to join their team on a 9-12 month contract basis to organise and lead their large-scale diagnostic screening events across the country.

The Role

As Screening Events Manager you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing screening events in multiple locations across Scotland. This involves ensuring all venues are appropriately equipped and set-up for screening days whilst ensuring staff numbers are appropriate for each location and event.

For the events you will be the main point of contact on-site involving line management of a small team. The events Manager will also be heavily involved in the management of materials for screening events, whilst managing outgoing blood samples.

The Right Person

Essential

  • Demonstrable previous experience in events management logistics or programme co-ordination
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Must be willing and able to travel freely across Scotland in order to attend screening events (this will involve an element of weekend working)

Desirable

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical or screening programmes
  • Previous experience in line management
