What will the Management Accountant role involve?
• Developing and refining financial reporting processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities at group level
• Managing and mentoring a small finance team to foster of a high-performance environment
• Assisting with integration of new financial systems and process improvements to support ongoing growth
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
• Proven track record in producing consolidated management reports within a multi-site organisation
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising finance staff
• Demonstrable experience working within an SME or growing business environment
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Xero and Fathom
