Summary
Your role is to support our clients in their own homes, ensuring they can live safely and happily. Every day is different, but your core responsibilities will include:
Personal Care: Assisting with morning and evening routines, including dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
Companionship: Being a friendly face, sharing a cup of tea, and providing emotional support to combat loneliness.
Practical Support: Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Meal Preparation: Planning and cooking nutritious meals based on the client’s preferences.
Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and ensuring health needs are met.
Mobility Assistance: Helping clients move safely around their homes and getting them out into the community for appointments or social activities.
