Summary
We are currently recruiting Food Packers to join our client’s growing team in Telford (TF7). Our client operates from a fantastic new purpose-built factory and is expanding due to continued business growth.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are packed correctly and prepared for shipment while maintaining high quality standards.
Important: All candidates must be flexible to work both morning and afternoon shifts.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
• 05:45 – 14:15 (Morning Shift)
• 14:00 – 22:30 (Afternoon Shift)
Key Responsibilities
• Carefully pack products into boxes or containers to ensure they are secure for transport
• Accurately label packages with shipping information and product details
• Conduct quality checks on products before packing
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe packing area
• Work with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
• Report any product issues or discrepancies to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience in a fast-paced packing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Basic numeracy skills for counting and labelling products
