Summary
Job Plan The job plan is anticipated to contain 6 Programmed Activities per week on average to to be carried out at Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. A proposed programme is given below and you will be expected to discuss and agree a detailed job plan including your personal and professional objectives with your Clinical Lead within 3 months of your start date. As an organisation we are committed to developing our services in ways that best suit the needs of our patients. This means that some staff groups will increasingly be asked to work a more flexible shift pattern so that we can offer services in the evenings or at weekends. The job plan will be negotiated between the clinician and the Clinical Lead at least annually. The initial job plan for this post is planned to be: Number of programmed activities Programmed activities for direct clinical care: DCC Outpatient clinics (Patient treatment, service development and associated administrative duties). 6 Total 6 Direct Clinical Care Activities Clinical duties will relate to the management of patients referred to the Periodontology Department Other Programmed Activities These will be relating to improving the service provided within the scope of the areas where direct clinical care is focused *** Please be advised that this vacancy may close early should we receive a sufficient number of applications ***
