Role Overview AsaDeputy Manager,youllsupport the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.You'llhelp lead the team, support staff development, manage day-to-day operations, and promote a positive, inclusive culture. This is ahands-onrole, working actively across the rota on the floor, with designated timeallocatedtooffice-basedresponsibilities. Youllsupport adults with lots ofdifferent needssuch as learning disabilities, autism,ABIand mental health, helping them to flourish in a place they call home.Youllboth empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives and will be a leader of one of our teams, inspiring them to deliver care and support with energy,passionand positivity.
