Summary
To monitor the car parks and traffic on site When appropriate issue Parking Charge or Warning Notices Maintain a courteous and diplomatic manner To assist in the maintenance of roads and car parks (tidy bins, tidy leaves, clean signage, reporting faults as appropriate) Transport traffic barriers or traffic cones when required Provide support in emergency situations (Fire, Major Incident, Lockdown) Assist in dealing with security incidents Provide an escort service if required for the transfer of monies from wards or departments Check doors and windows are locked Provide ad hoc support to General Office Assist in the movement of accommodation equipment Other ad hoc duties which may be appropriate to the Facilities Team
