Salary: £26,942 - £29,959 p.a. (Grade 5)
Applications are invited for the full-time, permanent post working in Digital Infrastructure as part of the Directorate of Estates and Digital Infrastructure.
The role holder will join the team as a member of the Edge device team as an Edge Device Technician.
In this role you will be expected to support the deployment and maintenance of over 4000 computers (Windows / Mac and Linux) and 200 fully equipped teaching spaces within the University’s estate.
You must be educated to AS level standard (NVQ level 3) or have equivalent experience. You should also have experience working in an enterprise environment using enterprise deployment solutions for example Microsoft Intune or JAMF.
This role will be based on campus in Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
