As a Leisure Assistant you will be a vital part of the operational success of the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW), ensuring the facility is always presented to an exceptional level. You will be at the operational forefront of this high quality and vibrant sporting facility assisting in varied aspects of our service. Through direction from the Gym and Fitness manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the preparation of our facility.

The Leisure Assistant role undertakes a range of duties including cleaning and sports set up tasks which ensure the smooth running of the ASW. This role is customer facing and so it is vital that you are highly knowledgeable about all our services and are therefore able to respond, in detail, to customer enquiries signposting to other members of the ASW team as required.
