Summary
Role:
To support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in managing behaviour and engaging in learning.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Implementing behaviour management strategies
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and reduce disruption
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Supporting reintegration into mainstream education where possible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
