The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Providing expert legal advice to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Conducting title checks, reviewing contracts, and raising enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Progressing files efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling a conveyancing caseload
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with case management systems
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• A proactive and commercial mindset
