Summary
Join Unique Community Services to deliver compassionate, high-complex mental health care in various settings for people with challenging behaviors and personality disorders. We’re seeking dedicated RMNs to lead person-centered services in clients’ homes, embodying our values of Compassion, Impact, and Community.
Flexible shifts (4–8 hours or longer, including nights/weekends/holidays).
Driving license essential.
No visa sponsorship, must have UK right to work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support mental health teams in home settings, making critical care decisions.
Assess, plan, and deliver person-centered interventions for complex needs like challenging behaviors.
Advocate for clients, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
RMN with current NMC registration; 2+ years experience as a nurse in UK.
Proven team leadership in mental health; PMVA training required.
Strong communication, empathy under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts.
