As a Swim Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our Learn to Swim Scheme—one of the most rewarding areas of our organisation. You’ll:

Support and inspire people of all ages
Help build a community of confident, capable swimmers
Create positive, lasting memories for families
Deliver high-quality lessons in a fun and engaging way

Course Funding - If your able to commit to a couple weekly contracted hours we can offer a training bursary to cover the full course fees .

All you have to do is fund the registration fee (currently - £100 for L1), complete the course and commit to teaching with us afterwards!

Course Info - Level 1 Swim Assistant

Location: Macclesfield Leisure Centre

Dates: Mon 17th August 2026 until Sat 22nd August 2026.

Times: 09:00am - 06:00pm everyday

Salary: £25,530.70 pro rata per annum

Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Location : All Everybody Pools

Hours: Various

Closing date: 6th May 2026

Assessment Centre: If successful you will be invited to attend a group style assessment centre evening on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at Holmes Chapel Community Centre from 6pm - 8pm.
