We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal executive to support legal-related operations, including document handling, case coordination, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong organisation skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and check documents accurately, applying judgement to ensure completeness and relevance for ongoing matters
- Organise and maintain case files and records, ensuring information is up to date and accessible for workflow needs
- Communicate with clients and third party professionally, addressing queries and clarifying information as required
- Track progress and monitor deadlines, taking proactive action to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Review information, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and raise issues to support effective case handling
- Follow procedures and compliance requirements, applying attention to detail to maintain standards and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (legal background preferred, not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills such as Mandarin would be beneficial.
