Duties of the Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet sales and service objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer conversion rates
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient management of the centre
- Manage stock control, stock deliveries, and asset maintenance in accordance with company standards
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all operational activities
- Maintain accurate customer and business data records as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
- Drive centre profitability through active operational and sales management
- Foster a positive team environment and promote staff development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive sector
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and team management
- Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation relevant to automotive settings
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least six months
